Why Replace Missing Teeth?

When a tooth is lost, the surrounding bone begins to shrink and neighbouring teeth can drift out of position. This can lead to further decay, gum problems and changes to your bite and facial structure.

Dental implants are the most effective long-term solution — they preserve bone, prevent drift and look and feel like your own teeth.

What Is a Dental Implant?

A small titanium post placed into your jawbone, acting as an artificial root. Once healed and integrated with the bone, a custom crown, bridge or denture is attached on top.

The result is a permanent, natural-looking replacement that functions exactly like a real tooth.

Why Choose Implants
Over Other Options?

Designed to last a lifetime with proper care. Preserve your jawbone and prevent bone loss. No need to alter healthy adjacent teeth (unlike bridges). Eat, speak and smile with complete confidence. Look and feel indistinguishable from natural teeth.

The Implant Process

01

Consultation & Assessment

A thorough exam including 3D CT scan if needed to confirm suitability.

02

Implant Placement

The titanium post is placed under local anaesthetic. Sedation is available for nervous patients

03

Healing (3–6 months)

The implant integrates with your jawbone, creating a secure foundation.

04

Your New Tooth

A custom-made crown, bridge or denture is fitted to complete your smile.

You will not be left without teeth at any stage — temporary replacements are provided during healing.

All-On-Four Implants

Missing most or all of your teeth?
The All-On-Four technique uses just four implants to support a full arch of fixed teeth — often completed in a single day
